Position Summary:

Kemper is seeking a FNOL Team Manager for the Henderson NV office. In this position you will supervise a unit of FNOL Supervisors and Representatives including delegation of authority and disposition of assigned claims.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitors employee performance and ensures that performance in all areas including closure ratios and departmental goals are achieved via personal observation file reviews and audits.
• Prepares and submits management reports on a timely basis.
• Builds a high performing resultsoriented staff assists with employee onboarding ongoing development and managing individual performance through ongoing coaching focused on competencies and technical skills

Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of claims handling or one (1) year FNOL outbound supervisory experience required. BS or BA college degree preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred. High School diploma required.
• Demonstrated initiative leadership independent decisionmaking skills strong technical skills and the ability to handle increasing responsibility.
• Ability to review and handle claims via online claims system.
• Must apply for and possess on a timely basis all applicable licenses required by assigned state(s).
• Primarily a stationary job that requires constant typing and frequent repetitive hand motion.
• Must have the ability to work effectively amid constant interruptions.
• Travel may be required with little prior notice.
• Varying workload and work hours based on deadlines and departmental needs.
• Must deal tactfully and diplomatically with agents insureds claimants attorneys callers and visitors. Must have a high degree of tolerance and excellent time management skills.
• The range for this position is $68000 to $113400. When determining candidate offers we consider experience skills education certifications and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for Kemper benefits (Medical Dental Vision PTO 401k etc.)
