Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Locations: Williamsport PA & Towanda PA
Salary: $40000$80000 (Depending on experience and location)
Job Type: FullTime Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility After Training

About the Role
Were hiring two Commercial Lines Account Managers (CLAMs) one for our Williamsport office and another in Towanda to support our growing client base. This position involves servicing a generalist book of midtolarge commercial accounts (valued at $25K) from A to Z. Youll be stepping into a vital role as our team currently shares responsibilities due to recent departures and ongoing growth.
What Youll Do
Manage and service a full book of commercial accounts
Work closely with producers and underwriters to deliver outstanding client service
Use EPIC software for all account management tasks
Provide timely accurate policy management and renewal support
What Were Looking For
Licensed insurance professional (required)
At least 2years of commercial lines experience preferred
Strong work ethic and teamfirst mentality
Comfortable in a fastpaced flexible work environment
Great communication and organizational skills
