Percentage of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 15%
Percentage of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital Per Day: 15%
Percentage of ED Patients Transferred Per Day: minimal maybe 12 pt per day maybe
Total Number of Beds: 44 beds
Number of ED Physicians in Group: 2 docs always present on each shift// 11 physicians in group currently
Fast Track in ED Yes
Fast Track Staffed by APP
Percent of Total ED Volume Treated by Fast Track: 40%
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Trauma Level/Designation: nonecommunity hospital
Does ED Staff Respond to House Codes Yes
If Yes are House Codes Secondary to ED Emergencies secondary response team is responsible. ED manages airway on response team
