JOB SUMMARY
The Manager IT ERP & Enterprise Business Analysis works as a key leader of our IT Business Analysts for ERP solutions and other Enterprise solutions systems and applications. The successful candidate in this role will be strong team leader with deep experience in the Analysis areas inscope for the team she/he manages. These areas can include but are not limited to: ERP SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Finance.
The team under management plays a critical role in delivering successful solutions by partnering with business and technology groups to elicit requirements and manage the design and implementation of ERPrelated modules based on the Microsoft Platform D365 along with SCM and Finance solutions.
This position involves working with multiple functional groups (Supply Chain Manufacturing Finance etc.) so managing multiple projects is essential and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. This position will be key in setting up the ERP platform and fundamentals for AGC Biologics to grow on.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively proactively manages the team of ERP/Enterprise Applications Business Analysts assigned to her/his/their team ensuring the quality and timeliness of work deliverables across all inflight ERP/Enterprise Applications project workstreams.
Operational Objectives and Business Process Improvement:
Direct the team in determining operational objectives by studying business functions gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.
Oversee the improvement of systems by studying current and best practices and designing modifications.
Ensure the team recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
Project Management and Implementation:
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones phases and elements.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
Manage the configuration and setup of ERP/Enterprise Applications related solutions and provide guidance and recommendations for configurations that enhance value and utilization of the ERP/ Enterprise Applications system.
Ensure team appropriately manages customer expectations regarding project scope schedule and budgetary parameters.
ERP/ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS Strategy and Optimization:
Define monitor and make recommendations for key performance indicators (KPIs) for ERP/Enterprise Applications capabilities and usage.
Partner with respective crossfunctional business groups (e.g. Supply Chain Finance Manufacturing Quality) to elicit functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Partner with key strategic ERP/Enterprise Applications solutions partners for small and largescale engagements to help develop the vision of the technology service systems integration and fully leverage ERP/ Enterprise Applications capabilities and value.
Team Leadership and Management:
Manage and mentor a team of ERP/Enterprise Applications analysts and specialists.
Delegate tasks set priorities and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to achieve objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and support professional development.
Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team environment.
System Maintenance and Support:
Direct the maintenance of system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Oversee the development and maintenance of user documentation and training programs to provide references for users.
Ensure the team assists with issue resolution and provides postimplementation support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
710 years of experience analyzing and implementing business solutions with extensive experience working with ERP SCM and Finance systems.
Experience implementing Microsoft AX/Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing industry biotech and GMP experience preferred.
Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
Extensive experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Knowledge of relevant industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with specific ERP modules or functionalities (e.g. finance supply chain manufacturing).
3 years experience in life sciences industry.
