Description

Join our Wealth Management Team as a Team Lead where youll manage expectations and provide updates on lifecycle progress. Work in an analytical and dynamic environment evaluating complex documents to ensure regulatory compliance.

As a Wealth Management Team Lead in the Wealth Management Team you will manage expectations on turnaround timeframes and provide updates on the progress of the lifecycle. You will work in an analytical and dynamic environment evaluating complex documents to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinates completion of requests for existing clients in the Wealth Management division prioritizes active requests and provides status updates of key reviews.
  • Builds and develops strong partnerships identifies challenges and eliminates roadblocks with all internal partners.
  • Ensures all information to and from our clients is accurate complete and compliant with AML Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements.
  • Coordinates case prioritization capacity planning and assignment with our global stakeholders.
  • Stays up to date with changes to processes and procedures regulatory changes and ensures impacts are identified for inprogress requests.
  • Manages personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management.
  • Identifies and executes process improvements provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Resilient interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with internal stakeholders.
  • Clientfocused while maintaining a strong controls mindset.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to personal workload and wider team targets.
  • Effective at managing time appropriately and organizing workload for maximum productivity.
  • Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards.
  • Sound understanding of the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 and higher).

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements and standards.
