Vitalaire GmbH grew over time with various business lines and legal entities each having its own processes history and ways of working. To make the organisation fit for further growth Vitalaire wants to harmonise its processes and reach operational excellence. The perimeter is broad the stakes are high and this will be beneficial to the entire structure. We need someone to lead this task and this is where you come in:

Your mission is to design and optimise the entire process landscape of the company.

Mission Summary:

You will design the entire process landscape and value chain of the company from strategic to operational business processes in order to provide the entire organisation with a good overview of the roles & responsibilities of each department their interfaces and the process standards to provide the best service quality to our patients & customers and to deliver the expected business performance. To perform this mission you will:

  • work closely with the different departments (IT Finance HR Sales & Marketing Supply Chain etc) and managers reviewing with them existing process mappings and validating with them the designed processes.

  • use a digital & visiobased tool for the design of the processes

  • Set with the team key performance indicators to measure the quality & the effectiveness of our processes.

  • Proactively propose and identify process improvements and developing strategies to enhance business processes

Education:

  • Masters degree in engineering business administration or process management

Soft and Hard Skills:

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Enterprising highly self driven

  • Ability to work as a team with different departments & stakeholders

  • Proven interest for process workflows

  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio is a plus

  • Able to read/write the documentation in German

Languages:

  • English (C1) is Mandatory

  • German (B2/C1) level is Mandatory

The Strategy & Transformation department is based at VitalAires headquarters in the Hamburg area reporting directly to the General Manager of the entity.
