Gestionnaire des incidents et des changements :

Le poste sera un rle de gestionnaire des incidents et de gestionnaire du changement effet de levier.

Gre coordonne et surveille les activits quotidiennes ncessaires pour aller de lavant au sein de lincident et du client :

  • Affecte des ressources pour assurer lquilibrage de la charge de travail afin de respecter les engagements en matire de niveau de service.
  • Surveille et examine les files dattente de travail pour les incidents qui risquent de manquer des ententes de service. Le gestionnaire du changement est responsable de la gestion des changements tout au long du cycle de vie conformment au processus.
  • La personne qui joue ce rle peut galement jouer le rle de pouvoir dapprobation et est responsable de toutes les dcisions concernant la conformit dun changement au processus de gestion du changement.

Exigences:

  • Baccalaurat en technologie de linformation en gnie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins trois ans dexprience dans la gestion des services informatiques ou un rle similaire.
  • Solide connaissance du logiciel de gestion des services informatiques ServiceNow
  • Exprience de travail avec des systmes et des logiciels informatiques.
  • Solide application des connaissances et prise en charge du systme
  • Excellentes comptences en gestion et capacit collaborer avec les membres de lquipe.
  • Capacit danalyser un volume lev de donnes techniques et de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
  • Solides comptences en rsolution de problmes en analyse et en gestion du temps.
  • Doit tre couramment bilingue franais et anglais
  • Doit avoir un permis de travail canadien valide pour une dure indtermine

Incident/change manager:

The position will be a leveraged incident manager/change manager role.

Manages coordinates and monitors day to day activities necessary to move forward within the Incident and Client:

  • Assigns resources to ensure workload balancing to meet service level commitments.
  • Monitors and examines work queues for Incidents in jeopardy of missing service agreements. Change Manager is accountable for managing changes through the lifecycle in compliance with the process.
  • The individual performing this role may also be performing the role of Approval Authority and is responsible for all decisions regarding the compliance of a change to the change management process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years experience working in IT service management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management software ServiceNow
  • Experience working with IT systems and software.
  • Solid knowledge application and System support
  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problem solving analytical and time management skills.
  • Must be fluently bilingual French and English
  • Must have a Valid Canadian indefinite Work Permit
