About the Role
Were looking for a dedicated Cruise Reservations Agent to support travelers in planning and booking cruise vacations. This remote position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills a passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting and reserving cruise packages that meet their travel preferences budget and timeline
- Offer expert knowledge of cruise lines cabin categories dining options and shore excursions
- Manage booking logistics including payment tracking changes and special requests
- Communicate with cruise vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely arrangements
- Provide ongoing support and followup throughout the clients travel journey
- Stay updated on travel trends cruise line policies and promotional offers
- Stay informed on systems products and destination knowledge

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
