Job Description

Project Coordinator (Saudization)

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background in presentation design public speaking and marketing support. This role is ideal for a creative and detailoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

As part of our commitment to supporting local talent and compliance with national initiatives this opportunity is open to Saudi nationals.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and design engaging presentations for internal and external audiences using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Deliver presentations effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g. Illustrator Photoshop Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing materials for presentations marketing and branding purposes.
  • Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives leveraging creative strategies and content.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

  • BA/BS in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public speaking and creating presentations.
  • Strong background in graphic design and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva Adobe Illustrator Photoshop etc..
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign etc..
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
