Key Responsibilities:
This role involves managing the onboarding team overseeing reports and analytics handling recruitment partner contract renewals ensuring risk and compliance for preemployment documents and medical exams according to company government and client standards and governing internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related course.
- 8 to 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing BPO recruitment onboarding with over 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in recruitment analytics reporting and risk and compliance management.
- Must be willing to work fulltime onsite in our BGC Taguig office.
- Amenable to working the graveyard shift.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Nonnegotiable: audit and compliance experience and willingness to work the graveyard shift.
- The hiring manager prefers candidates with a background specifically in onboarding and compliance within a towerbased organizational structure.
