Position: Spanish Team Leader (BGC)

Key Qualifications:
- Available for shifting schedules.
- Must be able to work onsite in BGC Taguig.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in BPO/BPM.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- At least B2 level Spanish proficiency (CEFR or Berlitz).
- Previous team lead experience for Spanishspeaking voice agents.
- Over 2 years in leadership roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage teams including resource planning career development performance and attrition.
- Coach and support team members to address knowledge skill and motivation gaps.
- Handle user/customer escalations develop action plans and ensure resolution.
- Implement and oversee internal and external governance.
- Keep the team updated on process changes and targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor team members on improvement initiatives.
