Job Description
TASQ is hiring a Workforce Reporting Specialist (also known as a Workforce Data Analytics Engineer Data Scientist or Workforce Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist) for an onsite position in Cebu City ASAP.
The hiring process starts with a phone prescreening followed by two onsite interviews in Cebu Business Park during late afternoon/night hours.
This role involves rotating shifts 9 AM6 PM and 1 PM10 PM) on a 5day work week including weekends.
Key requirements include at least 2 years of experience in workforce scheduling forecasting and reporting outside of a BPO setting plus advanced Excel skills and a collegelevel education.
After regularization employees receive vacation and sick leave along with HMO coverage for themselves and one dependent after four months.
