Job Responsibility Overview: Strategic Planning & Program Development: Develop and implement strategies staffing plans policies and programs aligned with organizational objectives to ensure highquality resident care and operational efficiency. Leadership & Compliance Oversight: Serve as Administrator for skilled nursing ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and lead licensure survey activities. Resident Admissions & Care Coordination: Oversee the admission process by verifying payor sources and ensuring the facility can meet prospective residents needs across medical psychological and social domains. Data Analysis & Policy Recommendations: Provide ongoing analysis of performance metrics policy effectiveness and cost/outcome data to support leadership decisionmaking and corporate strategic planning. Education & Staff Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs to support inservice education staff development and implementation of new systems or processes across departments. Budget & Financial Planning Support: Assist in reviewing monitoring and aligning departmental and facility budgets with strategic plans; support financial compliance and variance reporting. Marketing & Business Development Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing outcome data and assisting with managed care contracting service line expansion and program evaluation.
