We are currently looking for a:
Castle Park Ride Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Rate: $17.50/hr
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation of rides and attractions
- Assign team members to rides daily given they have appropriate certification
- Collect daily checklists after Ride Operators have completed
- Ensure proper training in accordance with DOSH
- Audit team members daily to ensure safe operation of rides and that they are exceeding guests expectations
- Proactively deal with guest and team member concerns
- Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance
- Respond appropriately and quickly to ride emergencies
- Complete nightly reports including labor hours and damage logs
- Administer discipline to team members as needed
- Ensure breaks are given in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete any tasks as requested by Operation Supervisor or Management
- Comply and enforce all park policies procedures and labor laws
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful.
Skills:
- Communication Highly developed interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving/Analysis Define problems and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner
- Flexibility Maintain a flexible work schedule
Experience: NA
Other:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade cold rain dust and all other outdoor weather elements
- Must be able to stand kneel walk stoop and bend
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs
