The Boeing CompanyThe Space Intelligence and Weapon Systems (SI&WS) division of Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) out of Hazelwood Missouri or El Segundo California and offers relocation!
This impactful leadership position will oversee the SI&WS strategic and longrang business planning financial forecasting integrated financial analyses and executive reporting. SI&WS delivers the most digitally advanced simply and efficiently produced and intelligently supported solutions to its customers! This key leader will work closely with the SI&WS Leadership Team BDS FP&A and Accounting and help identify and mitigate risks. To be successful in this position a candidate should have a strong FP&A background experience leading and developing a team and possess a broad understanding of the SI&WS portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads employees performing integrated financial statement forecasts and financial analyses for division and programs
Coordinates across Boeing business units/segments and programs to develop fully integrated SI&WS financial view
Develops and sustains relationships and partnerships with key customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports (including managing developing and motivating employees)
Serves as critical partner with SI&WS Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all aspects of processes and tools to drive overall efficiency and simplification across the SI&WS business
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations Cost Management Accounting Estimating Financial Planning or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
3 years of employee leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) post start
5 years of Financial Operations and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Experience in a role with or supporting BDS and/or Government Operation and/or Boeing International
Experience working with large crossfunctional teams and interfacing and presenting to senior management
Experience streamlining processes/tools and developing talent
