Your Impact
As Inside Sales Manager you will oversee the inside sales team for focused on driving sales growth managing customer relationships and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. This position will play a critical role in delivering sales and customer service excellence handling inquiries and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share in the chemical ingredient distribution industry.
  • Drive the follow up on new leads and cultivation of new opportunities into repeat business
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Track and report on sales performance including sales pipeline revenue generation and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for senior leadership team
  • Manage customer data sales activities and opportunities in MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong leadgeneration pipeline.
  • Lead coach and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Set clear performance expectations monitor team progress and provide guidance to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in business Chemistry Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years proven experience in inside sales or sales management preferably in chemical distribution ingredients or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and customerfocused mindset.
