Job Description

Join a team of experts to drive the vision and implementation of the next generation of our Incident Response system. We are defining the future of problem identification and solving for SW workloads. This is a revolutionary way of solving one of the most challenging areas in the SW industry using recent and future AI and LLM technology.

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager in the AIOps Incident Response team you will be defining and driving the product strategy for New Relics signal acquisition configuration and tuning to ensure issues or trends are made apparent to our users at the right time.

In this role you will

  • Define and drive the product strategy to streamline the detection analysis and resolution of operational issues using AIOps principles.
  • Provide thought leadership on building delightful customercentric systems using AI and LLM technology.
  • Collaborate with our customers externally and internally to provide a streamlined experience researching market trends and technologies to ensure we are paving the way for our Incident Response platform to be a leader in the space.
  • Work with teams to provide business context clear guidance and success criteria that will delight our customers.
  • Develop a nearterm and longterm roadmap drive the alignment of key releases to deliver on the roadmap and adjust the roadmap based on key results customer demand and changes in execution resources.
  • Develop and iterate on processes and practices that keep your team (engineers design) focused and performing efficiently.
  • Define and collaborate with marketing sales and finance on the gotomarket plan.
  • You are willing to jump in and be handson delivering with design and engineering partners while building the team.

Your Qualifications

Musthave:

  • 35 years of SaaS and cloudbased software product management experience.
  • 12 years of experience with AI and LLM technology.
  • Experience driving product vision gotomarket strategy and design discussions
  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with crossfunctional teams

Nicetohave

  • An operational experience managing incidents as an operator or product manager for enterprise companies.
  • You are a selfstarter with experience leading teams through influence rather than authority.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication and the ability to explain complex technical design in 20 seconds or 20 minutes depending on the audience and goals
  • Ability to combine datadriven approaches with strong user empathy to figure out what / when / why to ship were building a platform for products that ingest billions of data points per minute!
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguous and vague problem definitions and the ability to refine them into an actionable plan
  • Ability to operate successfully in a lean agile and fastpaced organization
  • Demonstrated strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Can demonstrate and articulate past product decisions product architecture and conflict management examples.
