Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Data Center Technicians to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team as part of our WorkBased Learning Program (WBLP). These trainees will participate in our 3 months work and training program in our Frankfurtarea Data Centers.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will collaborate with experienced Amazon Data Technicians; following them during
hardware and network troubleshooting. You will have the opportunity to provide our internal
workforce with infrastructure related support resolving tickets related to HW (Motherboard RAM
CPU GPU etc) and networking tickets (Link Down Optics Replacements Switch Replacements etc).
At all times you will be assisting an AWS experienced Data Technician.

Key job responsibilities
Duties include:
Hardware troubleshoot in servers which are not live with AWS Data Techs supervision
Understand the importance to meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets
Follow the AWS Data Techs during network troubleshooting
Replace Media (SSD/HDD) according with AWS Data Tech guidance
Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives motherboards etc) under the guidance of
experienced techs
Interact with third party vendors & contractors who are working on site
