About The Opportunity
As Property and Commercial Facilities Officer you will play a vital role in supporting and overseeing Councils property and land dealings including leases sales acquisitions and the management of commercial facilities including holiday parks. Working closely with the Property and Commercial Facilities Coordinator this role will provide technical and senior administrative support for the effective management of Councils property portfolio delivering positive outcomes. The role offers an opportunity to apply welldeveloped past experience while also growing and learning in your everyday activities.
