Job Description
Royal South Toyota & Mazda Volvo are looking to grow our Service Departments with professional Technicians and Lube Techs! Our stores would appreciate any experienced Lube Tech or Technician who will add professionalism quality & enthusiasm to our shops. If you are an experienced Toyota Mazda or Volvo Technician wed like to speak with you! If you have experience with another car line as a tech wed like to speak with you! If you want to continue your career as a factory trained technician or become one we have a great opportunity here for you! We offer a busy service centers based on our customers trust and satisfaction knowing their vehicle has been properly serviced. Our Service Advisors have a great customer satisfaction track record and our success shows it! We will also train and support you with online training as well as the best Toyota Mazda Volvo trained technicians around. You only need to have a positive attitude willingness to learn be punctual and dependable to succeed with our team! We utilize digital tools here for transparency and to reinforce your recommendations to our customers. Photos and videos of your suggested services will be required & help our shop succeed. You will also be expected to maintain your service bay in a neat & clean manner. Our shop is heated and cooled for a better work environment! We are open 6 days a week so working on some Saturdays will be required. Bloomington Indiana has so much to offer too! Bloomington is home to Indiana University which contributes to a youthful welleducated dynamic and vibrant community. Bloomington is also home to Lake Monroe. It boasts over 10000 acres of water surface to enjoy. There are lots of outdoor activities with parks hiking state parts other lakes & seasonal community festivals. Requirements:
You must have a valid drivers license with a clean record. All will be checked for insurability.
You must be a team oriented person who is flexible and respectful to any fellow employees and be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
You must be a punctual and dependable person. Our customers expect us ready and willing to service their vehicles on their time schedule.
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire changing equipment alignment systems diagnostic and A/C equipment.
ASE Certification is a huge plus!
