The Boeing CompanyWe are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Digital Platform Lead (Virtual) to join our brand experiences team. In this critical role you will oversee the entire digital portfolio with a significant emphasis on enhancing the user journey across all platforms and modernizing the Boeing Recognition platform. As the lead you will own platform strategy while working closely with the digital team to execute both maintenance and modernization projects. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams lead various initiatives provide technical support and utilize data analysis to optimize platforms ensuring overall success and alignment with our strategic goals. Additionally you will engage with business partners stakeholders and thirdparty suppliers to understand business/user needs and platform capabilities to prioritize and enhance digital solutions.
Boeing Stores Inc. is a fully integrated multimilliondollar subsidiary of the Boeing Company and is a centralized experiential marketing function and profit and loss (P&L) operation that oversees and promotes the Boeing brand through strategic brand activations. This group leads multichannel internal and global branded merchandise distribution and operation of Boeings brand home and public attraction Boeing Future of Flight (BFoF) as well as the administration of Boeings recognition program. Our customers are both Boeing employees and aviation enthusiasts around the world.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees the Human Resource (HR) platform for the Boeing Recognition program ensuring its smooth operation and functionality
Executes strategy and the technical roadmap for the HR platform aligning it with the organizations goals and objectives. Keep Stakeholders informed of progress
Collaborates with crossfunctional teams including HR Information Technology (IT) and other internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements prioritize enhancements manages approvals and execute updates to the HR platform
Manages and leads projects related to the HR platform and recognition initiatives ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets
Conducts regular assessments and evaluations of the HR platforms performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Stays updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recognition programs incorporating them into the technical roadmap and platform enhancements
Provides technical expertise and support to endusers of the HR platform addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive user experience
Leads and executes Statement of work (SOW) and Requestfor approvals (RFPs) related to the digital portfolio in partnership with crossfunctional teams
Reviews invoices received from supplier and assign correct charge lines
Maintains platform compliance and security requirements

General Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy and Vision: Developing and implementing a clear strategy for the digital platform portfolio including defining goals objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Project Management and Execution: Overseeing the planning execution and delivery of digital projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and aligned with business objectives. This includes managing resources budgets and timelines
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams including IT marketing product development and customer support to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital initiatives across the organization
User Experience and Optimization: Focusing on enhancing user experience by analyzing user feedback and data identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize the platforms functionality and usability
Data Analysis and Reporting: Leveraging data analytics to gain insights into platform performance user behavior and market trends. This information is crucial for making informed decisions driving improvements and demonstrating the value of digital initiatives to stakeholders
Lead: Leading the digital team ensuring projects are executed based on prioritization etc.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in creating complex spreadsheets (e.g. creating Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel)
Experience in a role that required project management skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Experience in performing data analysis and/or reporting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes is a plus
Knowledge of recognition programs and related processes is a plus
