Compliance Admin Happy Trails (Surprise AZ) Immediate Opening/Apply Today!!

HOAMCOis seeking an entry level fulltimeemployee for aCompliance/Architectural Administratorposition for our Happy Trails community located in Surprise AZ.

TheCompliance Administratorassists in the enforcement of the communitys covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.

Qualifications:

A clean driving record
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Excellent organizational and computer skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office products

Job Duties:

Learn the communitys CC&Rs Rules & Regulations and Design Guidelines
Conduct drive through inspections
Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regard to Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment while handling interruptions as part of the routine.
Strong team player willing to help out and assist others when needed.
