The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Finance Systems and Analytics Manager based out of Hazelwood Missouri or Seattle Washington. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Finance Future State Business System Development and Improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will:
Bridge the gap between finance operations and technology driving optimization of our financial systems landscape
Require a unique blend of financial expertise systems thinking and project management capabilities to design and implement solutions that transform our Finance operations
Manage a highly skilled team of finance professionals who share a passion for improving business processes and outcomes

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees engaged in the development and improvement of business information systems and analytic solutions
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in accounting finance business or a related field
5 years of experience with finance and accounting systems and processes
5 years of experience working with Financial Data (i.e. accounting financial planning cost management legal and/or contracts)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience leading or developing people
Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across functions
