Administrative Office Assistant
Primary Duties
- Answering Phones
- Screening applicants for position requirements
- Use of IHire/Indeed pulling applicants and leaving status (Applicant Tracking System)
- Verifying applicants for Orientation
- Calling applicants for drug testing badge appointments etc.
- Follow up on applicants waiting for drug tests badges etc.
- Prepare a log to track all calls.
- Efficient in payroll

- Need to know Microsoft office (excel word)
- Organizational skills
- Dependable
- Attention to detail
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 am 5:00 pm
