As a member of the product marketing team at UiPath you will take the helm of a highly skilled team focused on supporting the creation of the new agentic automation category. This role is not merely about managing but inspiring inventing and driving our product vision forward in an everevolving automation and AI landscape. Here your technical expertise and your experience in core automation and/or RPA marketing will be guiding forces in crafting marketing strategies gotomarket plans and product vision that resonate with our customer base paving the way for a future solidified in efficient automation.
The successful candidate is a selfstarter passionate about core category evolution technical on automations and AIs intricacies and has proven experience in coordinating globally distributed teams in delivering high quality messaging and positioning. You will work in a crossfunctional manner collaborating with multiple teams to define strategies and content (internal and external) across all stages of product development and through different marketing channels. You will be proactive programmatic datadriven optimize for what drives successful product launches and customer deal closing and continuously refine the impact ofyour productmarketing plans.
Content: Produce thought leadership and productrelated materials in the form of customerfacingdecks web pages blogs white papers eBooks videos and other gotomarket collateral.
GotoMarket: Lead and develop gotomarket plans for UiPath process intelligence offerings and particularly in the process and task mining categories.
Segmentation: Conduct and leverage market research competitive analysis and assess the market landscape to identify ideal B2B customer segments and design forwardthinking approaches for each segment.
Persona understanding: identify the best buyer and user personas and be able to position UiPaths offering accordingly.
Storytelling: Craft UiPaths positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings.
Sales Enablement: Function as a bridge between product and sales to simplify product features into tangible customer benefits. Develop enablement assets and training materials including sales plays battle cards demo training videos and playbooks.
Evangelize: Attend relevant events and meetups representing UiPath as the face of emerging and advanced technologies.
Innovate: Collaborate with the product team to help drive near and longterm product roadmap.
Collaborate: Develop relationships with customers to determine key use cases and document customer success stories.
Education in business engineering or other related field or equivalent experience.
10 years B2B marketing consulting or product development experience; ideally in technical product marketing roles or similar.
Technical knowledge of RPA GenAI agentic AI automation.
Native English speaker(or alternatively very strong command of)
Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas at different stages in the customer buying journey.
Ability to create compelling sales collateral and provide constructive feedback to improvecontentacross the team.
Experience working with crossdisciplinary teams across an organization including demand generation sales channels partners and product management / engineering.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationfrom the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)with excellent written oral and presentation skills.

Ability to navigate emerging and advanced technology trends.
