Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a dynamic Senior Angular Developer to lead a team of skilled developers in delivering highquality scalable software solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects align with business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. The Lead Angular Developer will mentor junior developers stay abreast of Angular advancements and share best practices contributing significantly to our organizational goals.

Software Requirements

• Required Software Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies including HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Preferred Software Skills:

  • Familiarity with related frameworks and libraries such as RxJS and NgRx.
  • Experience with build tools like Webpack and task runners like Gulp or Grunt.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Angular developers to deliver highquality software solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering technical and professional growth.
• Stay current with new Angular development technologies and methodologies sharing insights and best practices with the team.

Experience Requirements

• Proven 6 years of extensive experience in Angular development and leading largescale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers in delivering complex software solutions.
• Previous experience in software development methodologies and processes including Agile and Scrum.

DaytoDay Activities

• Lead team meetings and coordinate project schedules and priorities.
• Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical support and guidance.
• Act as the technical lead on projects collaborating closely with project managers.
• Develop code write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the teams work.
• Engage with crossfunctional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
