Fundamental job responsibilities required of all incumbentsanswer and qualify customer/client presale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions products or services. build and manage lead development pipeline
Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads
Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients keeps uptodate
Act as single point of contact
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
Proactively utilize strong problemsolving skills in order to deliver customerfocused solutions
Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures proactively continue to understand products & solutions
Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services
Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction
Exercise multitasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction
Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customers issues. This involves multitasking between systems while interacting with the customer
