Business Data Technologies (BDT) org provides trustworthy intuitive and costefficient solutions for Amazonians to secure store analyze and transform this data at massive scale. We seek extraordinary individuals to build storage cataloging and compute systems to support the next generation of data analytics machine learning and artificial intelligence for the thousands of scientists engineers and analysts who rely upon to contribute to the Amazon flywheel such as determining the best pricing points for products generating personalized recommendations to buyers and forecasting inventory demand to influence the supply chain movement.

In this role you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams across Amazon including customers product management partners and the BDT team itself. Your responsibilities will involve identifying and prioritizing critical programs implementing robust mechanisms for successful delivery and driving customercentric solutions that simplify and elevate the ordering experience.

Key job responsibilities
**Dive deep into technical systems developing a comprehensive understanding and staying connected to the details.
**Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering and product management to define project goals requirements and deliverables.
**Define strategies and build and execute roadmaps for the programs you own.
**Track and communicate program progress risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
**Serve as the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of the programs you run.
**Work with internal teams to deliver defined requirements driving automation and operational efficiencies.

7 years of technical product or program management experience
10 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

8 years of handson work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
