Department Overview
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science (OHSU) is seeking a part time Orthopedic Upper Extremity/Hand Surgeon to join our established CMHOHSU Orthopedic clinic located in Astoria Oregon.
As an upper extremity specialist you will be joining an established orthopedic and sports medicine practice with experienced boardcertified orthopedists and advanced practice practitioners who offer a full spectrum of orthopedic care. This position will serve as an OHSU Clinical Associate who is fully embedded as a member of the OHSU Practice Plan with 100 percent of their practice dedicated patient care at Columbia Memorial Hospital.
Practice Details
- Provide outpatient services at the CMHOHSU Health Orthopedics Clinic.
- FourDay work week with dedicated clinic OR and administrative time.
- Guaranteed base salary with annual merit increases and quality incentives.

Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. degree/training
- Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency Completion of a hand and upper extremity fellowship.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
