- Support and maintain PCs and peripherals
- Installation configuration and troubleshooting of OS
- Installation & Configuration of various Networks
- Troubleshooting of hardware software and Network issues.
- Solving Network related problems as well as application issue
- Continues check on hardware problems virus Patch updates and system hardware configuration updates.
- Configuring email client
- Update assigned support ticket service system
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software
Requirements:
Graduation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience : 12 years
Location : Prabhadevi Mumbai
No of openings : 2 openings
Flexible working in shift (Morning & Afternoon)
Shift timings : Morning 7:00 Am to 4:00 PM Afternoon 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
General Shift : 9:00 to 6:00
Mon to Sat (9 Hours)
Interview Mode : F2F
