Actionline is seeking a highly skilled and detailorientedSenior Accountantto join the finance team ofa leading Hotel Group Antonis A. Moussamas S.A based inPaiania.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and entry of accounting documents as well as submission and reconciliation through myDATA.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions and balances (extrait).
- Manage client communications and account reconciliations.
- Oversee the full customer transaction cycle ensuring alignment between commercial and accounting systems.
- Monitor and interpret daily tax legislation updates (laws circulars decisions) ensuring accurate application.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and monthly trial balances.
- Support budget planning forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Draft balance sheets and other statutory financial documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SoftOne Epsilon Net) and advanced use of MS Excel.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
- High level of accountability accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with OPERA PMS will be considered an asset.
