As expert you will bring a deeptechnical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you tolead the planning process development and implementation of Planned MaintenanceElements ina Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Youwill manage this through teams consisting ofvarious technical and nontechnical personnel key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Partner & Enable the line leader(s) todeliver the SQCDSM targetsSafety Quality CostDelivery Sustainability & Morale for the lines to ensure Process stability; Participates inthe DMS Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
  • Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and processand have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PMProgressivemaintenance systems and work processes and the PMProgressive Maintenance KeyPerformance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; ownsthe R&MRepairs & Maintenance budget of the line
  • Develop own and execute the line/s preventive and timebased maintenance systemsand plans and build capability of the teamto execute themselves; Build (spends at least50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts sothat they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PMPillar own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them atthe department level
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution ofspecial maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/slocalization of spares and proper breakdown analysis and R&M cost reduction for theline/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional andglobal technology forums
  • Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader ininternal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on oneof the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

  • Advanced knowledge (including AMAutonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems &Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basicconditions independently including the execution of AM & PM (BDBreakdownmaintenance planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools
  • The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners anddrive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCAPlan Do Check Adjustapproach
  • The capability to work as the Line Leader developing and aligning goal/master plan for theline deploying and managing IDP for the members coaching team members on theirperformance management and career development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment in strict adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Install dismantle repair and reassemble machinery and equipment as required to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to optimize production processes and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities parts usage and completed repairs.
  • Conduct preventative predictive and corrective maintenance tasks with precision and timeliness.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures including safety protocols GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) 5S and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and restore equipment to base condition standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and promptly address equipment abnormalities.
  • Replace defective machinery parts adjust equipment and fabricate components when necessary.
  • Accurately complete paperwork close work orders (WOs) create notifications and document preventive maintenance (PM) completion.
  • Actively engage in Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues and prevent future breakdowns.
  • Utilize testing equipment technical manuals and schematic drawings to investigate and resolve machine malfunctions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) tools and systems including Equipment Criticality classifications Adjustment Points Centerlines Visual Controls CIL (Cleaning Inspection Lubrication) and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Participate actively in the DMS (Daily Management System) cycle of the plant.
  • Contribute to Changeovers and Sanitation procedures seeking opportunities for improvement through Poke Yoke and SMED (SingleMinute Exchange of Dies) methodologies.
  • Execute focused improvements to address weaknesses and prevent major failures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and minor stoppages to understand equipment performance.
  • Support PM pillar members in developing an Asset Management (AM) training program.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles.
  • Report any safety hazards cleanliness issues or operational problems that could affect production quality.
  • Demonstrate unwavering personal and professional integrity in all interactions and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed Millwright in the CPG or food industry.
  • High school diploma.
  • Solid understanding of automation systems electronics and mechanical principles.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings schematics and manuals.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management.
