What Youll Be Doing:
Serve as the first point of contact greeting and assisting customers via phone virtually and in person.
Guide job seekers through career center services helping them navigate employment resources and job opportunities.
Provide resume tips interview coaching and job application assistance.
Build relationships with community partners and workforce professionals.
Ensure toptier customer service and followup with clients to support their job search journey.
What Were Looking For:
Customerfocused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Techsavvy comfortable using computer systems databases and MS Office programs.
Problem solver able to handle diverse customer needs with professionalism and empathy.
Team player works well in a collaborative and goaldriven environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a BIG plus!
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid drivers license & proof of insurance.
At least 6 months of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge of workforce development or career counseling is a huge bonus!
