The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Human Resources Communications Manager who will lead a team that develops and implements strategic communication plans in support of the companys employee experience development attraction and retention initiatives. This role involves supporting our businesses and collaborating across functions to create compelling narratives showcasing the companys commitment to being an employer of choice. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset strong communication skills and the capability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: Seattle WA; Hazelwood MO; Berkeley MO; Chicago IL or North Charleston SC.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads a team responsible for supporting the companys enterprise HR efforts
Oversees plans for employee experience learning and development culture compliance and global talent acquisition
Collaborates with internal communications teams including compensation and benefits business unit program and site communications to develop and implement crosschannel strategies
Partners with communicators from Media Relations Government Operations and Investor Relations to ensure the companys position is accurately reflected externally
Analyzes performance metrics and gathers feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and optimize communication effectiveness
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field
3 years of experience in written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences
3 years of experience in a role that required project management skills
3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
1 years in leveraging data analytics to inform strategy and measure engagement outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources
