Lets break it down

Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Program Managerwho is adept at delivering exceptional customer service while leading program efforts aligned with industry best practices. Skilled communicator and facilitator managing goals deliverables and schedules with experience supervising Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
Location: Greenville SC. Hybrid position.
Candidates must have availability to travel to Mexico.
Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish).


What youll do:

  • Provide senior leadership (Customer and Company) direction to program management activities including major organizational transformation efforts; provide and maintain best practices for communication on the program.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposals for scope of related work; determine the feasibility of proposals and provide or evaluate costbenefit analysis as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate an advanced competency in business analysis and organizational change management with ability to work with R&D IT and the business.
  • May serve as a member of the senior leadership team; participate in thought leadership with decisionmakers.
  • Lead integrated logistics support and/or quality assurance activities.
  • Develop monitor implement effectively report and communicate budget(s) for the programs operation. Including management of customer changes impact analysis and change order management
  • Participate in the strategic planning process and provide input to strategic decisions makers and stake holders driving outcomes for the business.
  • Conduct staff recruitment selection and evaluation as necessary.
  • Lead and manage client projects within the program ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for initiatives including setting goals timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program progress findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all Program activities. Collaborating with key stakeholders to determine relevant inscope controls to identifying significant changes that warrant customer approval budget changes etc.
  • Develop and maintain the program schedule against budget and requirements.
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders from R&D IT Business to individual contributors and ThirdParty consultancies.
  • Identify Program Gaps and risk with mitigation plans.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What youll need:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 7 years of jobrelated experience.
  • Ability to adjust plans and milestones to changing priorities or customer requirements.
  • Ability to travel once a month to customer site.
  • Knowledge of industrystandard and organizationally accepted analysis principles and methods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation coordination of forecasting and modeling leadership technique production methods and coordination of people and resources.
  • Experience managing largescale or multiple concurrent software development programs within the financial services industry.
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Skill in effectively managing change and the communication and enforcement thereof.

Nice to have:

  • Masters degree.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification.
  • Healthcare or Medtech experience.
  • IT Project management experience.
