You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a detailoriented and analytically strong Executive Operations Reporting & Dashboarding to support the Office of the COO in driving business visibility and execution effectiveness. This role will be responsible for building maintaining and improving dashboards reports and tracking mechanisms that power decisionmaking across delivery finance talent acquisition and business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 35 years of experience in reporting data analysis or business operations who wants to grow in a highimpact crossfunctional role with direct visibility to senior leadership.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Create and maintain executive dashboards tracking KPIs across delivery revenue margin hiring and operational efficiency.
Build weekly/monthly reports for leadership reviews using tools like Excel Google Sheets Power BI or Tableau.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports; proactively flag discrepancies or trends.
Performance Tracking
Own ongoing OKR and KPI tracking in coordination with crossfunctional teams.
Support quarterly and monthly business reviews by preparing reports and decks.
Assist in tracking key operational metrics such as utilization project health forecast vs. actuals and hiring funnel efficiency.
Tool and Data Support
Work with the Head of Operations to evaluate tool performance (e.g. project management PSA or hiring platforms).
Help maintain standardized data templates models and automation pipelines for reporting purposes.
CrossFunctional Coordination
Liaise with delivery finance HR and talent acquisition teams to source and validate data inputs.
Track action items from reviews and coordinate followups with stakeholders.
35 years of experience in business operations analytics reporting or project coordination roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to dashboarding tools like Power BI Tableau or Looker is a plus.
Comfort working with large data sets structured reporting models and KPI frameworks.
Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work across functions and with senior stakeholders.
Prior experience in SaaS IT services or techdriven environments is preferred.
