Job Description
Santikos Collection a prestigious hospitality company renowned for its luxury resorts and hotels is currently seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of one of our exquisite properties.
As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the hotel. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences drive financial performance and maintain high standards of service and quality throughout all departments.
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in hotel management a strategic mindset and excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful hotel operations a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities
- Assume a handson role as Duty Manager overseeing daily hotel operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office guest services housekeeping and Food and Beverage outlets.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize staff scheduling and allocation of resources.
- Supervise and support staff providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between guests and management fostering positive relationships.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Human Resources or a related field is preferrable.
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of hotel operations with previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS.
