You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe person in this position is responsible for daytoday management of oncology and infusion pharmacy services at OHSU and partner hospitals. Off site clinics are in scope and are not limited to Knight CancerCHO clinics. This person supervises staff who review compound prepare and dispense medications manage medication inventory support technology/automation and support operational workflows. With guidancefrom Senior Managers and Directors this persion develops enhances and implements programs/initiativesrelated to automation technology and the EHR. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited tomeeting compliance related requirements; policy revision and development; quality safety and processimprovement work; and training of staff residents interns and students. This person may act as or supportteam members who are registered with the Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacists In Charge. This person serves asa role model by staffing alonside their employees in order to maintain content expertise between 040% of thetime. This position rotates oncall responsibilities.

The incumbent will spend a significant amount of time at a computer terminal. The position must deal with
situations on a daily basis with a high degree of intensity. In addition within the health care setting there
can be significant lack of control over the work pace with frequent interruptions (work is often dictated by
external factors) that may lead to mental fatigue or stress.
