JOIN THE TEAM THAT IS REDEFINING ARCHITECTURAL INNOVATION
Eventscape is seeking a proactive Installation (Construction) Site Foreman to lead our projects on the front lines during the crucial final stageinstallation.
In this critical role you will oversee construction laborers and trades and be handson when required during installation. This position requires frequent travel both domestically and internationally so candidates must be able to travel without restrictions and maintain all necessary travel documentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Installation Site Foreman you will:
- Installinterior and exterior prefabricated products accurately and precisely.
- Travelglobally for installations sometimes on short notice.
- Supervise construction staff contractors suppliers and trades to ensure ontime completion while maintaining rigorous safety standards.
- Addresschallenges effectively through communication and collaboration.
- Conductsite visits and surveys evaluate fabrication and installation methods and perform daily inspections to uphold quality standards.
- Serveas a liaison with clients providing exceptional service and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Supportour inhouse fabrication teams when not on site providing valuable installation insights.
- Interpretengineering drawings and specifications assessing project requirements and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Maintainnorestriction travel status for frequent local and international travel.
ABOUT YOU
Were looking for someone with:
- 5 years site management experience in demanding construction environments.
- A wealth of construction expertise with proven ability to supervise union and nonunion subcontractors in construction.
- Proficiency with construction tracking software.
- A strong understanding of building codes and a meticulous approach to safety regulations.
- Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- A relevant degree (e.g. Construction Management Construction Science Civil Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and a knack for strategic planning.
- A valid drivers license and spotless driving record.
- Experience in clientfacing roles and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Handson fabrication experience (e.g. finish carpentry metal fabrication etc.).
- Commitment to project success including areadiness for frequent domestic and international travel.
