The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to support the ongoing implementation and support of complex technology solutions in an Oracle 19c database environment. The successful candidate will provide a technical role in maintaining DJJ Oracle databases and application servers to meet agency strategic goals implementing effective support operations using agency approved technologies and execute database administration tasks to maintain the agencys database and application server capabilities. The incumbent will participate in Database Administration efforts on an ongoing basis. Additional duties include assisting in the design and planning of projects and standards and supporting team efforts to continually improve skills and delivery practices.
