Job Description:
Leapwork is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our fastgrowing global team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy logical problemsolving are eager to learn new technologies and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
You will receive comprehensive training on leading automation tools and technologies and work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality outcomes. The learning and growth opportunities at Leapwork are substantial.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn and support Leapworks automation platform by resolving customer queries.
- Assist users in troubleshooting automationrelated issues across remote systems and networks.
- Conduct online Q&A sessions and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Capture and relay valuable customer feedback to improve the product experience.
- Escalate customerreported issues to the engineering and product teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with customers Customer Success Managers (CSMs) Infrastructure team (ICO) product and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Required Candidate profile:
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fastpaced global work environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on problemsolving.
- Basic understanding of automation or software testing concepts is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
