We are hiring for our client a highly regarded boutique legal practice in Edinburgh who are seeking an experienced Paralegal Executry Team to join their collaborative and growing team on a permanent basis.

The Role:
Manage a varied caseload of executry matters from start to finish
Liaise with clients and external parties to progress files efficiently and compassionately
Draft and prepare legal documents including Wills and Powers of Attorney
Support senior solicitors and the wider private client team with estate administration
Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory standards
The Person:
Previous experience as a Paralegal Executry Team or in a similar private client legal role
Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills with a clientfirst approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Team player with a positive and proactive mindset
