The role
In this role youll lead a small team to keep our gardens looking their best. Youll be handson with plant care help plan the work and make sure everything runs smoothly from daily maintenance to fixing up areas after events. Youll also help update plant records work closely with events staff and share your knowledge to guide garden development.
Its a great opportunity to use your skills and experience to lead others solve problems on the ground and make a real difference to the gardens. If youre passionate about plants enjoy working outdoors and like helping others grow their skills wed love to hear from you.
