The Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Regional Manager is a leader who is sales and results driven overseeing multiple districts making up a region supporting up to 100 Color Bar locations. A strategic thinker with the ability to manage and grow a geography of multiple locations. The Madison Reed Regional Manager will possess a varied skill set from anticipating future trends within your respective market with a broad knowledge of the business needs. They will be an adaptable leader that is a decisive planner with the ability to manage between day to day field operations support and larger corporate strategy initiatives and future growth planning.
This role reports to the VP Field Operations is full time and expected to travel 50% (with potential to 75% as needed) to support their assigned region including but not limited to Hair Color Bars company events and meetings.
The base salary range for this position is between 110000 and 125000. At Madison Reed we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

While performing the duties of this position the team member will regularly stand/walk for 4 consecutive hours or more at a time; regularly bend and twist at the waist manipulate fingers and hands bend wrists and arms reach with hands and arms speak see hear and lift/move up to 3 pounds. May on occasion sit kneel stoop crouch and lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds.
