Position Responsibilities:
Provide daily HR business partner support to vice president and leadership team for Supply Chain Structures organization
Daily support with Fabrication/Supply Chain HR leadership to align connect and coordinate business activities
Provide recommendations to HR leadership for operational and strategic decisions in the organization
Lead support and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. ACR succession planning executive movement etc.)
Create compile and communicate required data notes and actions for monthly People meetings
Drive rigor into operating rhythm; assess effectiveness of operating rhythm and provide recommendations as needed
Facilitate and plan agendas for weekly HR staff meetings and monthly People meetings
Utilize dashboard and metrics to support business needs
Communicate with HR peers and leaders on HR actions
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Provide daytoday support coaching and guidance to Supply Chain Structures organization developing HR solutions to address organizational and talent needs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
3 years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
3 years of experience interfacing and communicating with business leaders including Clevel executives
5 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior business/functional leaders
5 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Human Resource Management Organization Development Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field
Human Resources certification(s)
5 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce/talent strategies that meet organization strategies
3 years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Experience analyzing data and metrics and presenting datadriven HR solutions to senior leaders
Proficient with software tools such as Tableau Excel (pivot tables)
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Experience leading and mentoring HR teammates
