You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Richmond Behavioral Health Authority has received grant funding to implement an evidencebased genderresponsive culturally sensitive Smoking Cessation Intervention Pilot Program to all individuals receiving treatment at RBHA North Campus who have decided they want to quit smoking and who choose to participate in the program. This program will address the needs of the individuals receiving service at RBHA and work to reduce health inequalities. The Smoking Cessation Specialist will motivate educate and support clients to achieve their desired goal of stopping smoking. This candidate will be the dedicated staff person to manage and implement the pilot study protocols.
This is a grant funded position with full benefits for one year with the possibility of second year funding. This position is eligible for a bonus payment of $5000 upon successful completion of the first year of the pilot study and successful certification as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
