Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest moving and largest departments at The Cumberland Building Society. Working within diverse teams that include Redemptions and Deeds Mortgage Services Payments and Investments Services this will provide you with an environment to build and grow your skill set.
The Role
- Support the Operations function in delivering Kinder Banking and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
- Workclosely with all departments.
- Supporting the customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meet both internal and external customer expectations by workingtogether to achieve our required SLAs.
- Ensure that we are servicing our existing customers correctly and in a timely manner in order for the business to grow.
- Support the transformation programme as required.
- Become multi skilled and agile.
- Develop and implement new ways of working to ensure processes are simplified streamlined and cost effective.
About you
Youll have theability to communicate with people at all levels building and sustaining relationships with the business and stakeholders as well as working on the ground with people across all areas.
Youll be comfortable working towards deadlines and adept at progressing tasks both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Youll also have a passion and drive to learn new systems and processes.
