Nestled in the heart of the stunning Cotswolds our client is a luxury 4 star hotel renowned for its warm hospitality elegant interiors and exceptional guest experiences. They are now on the lookout for a passionate and professional Reception Supervisor to join their front office team.
Due to the hotels rural location having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Reception Supervisor
- Supporting the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the reception team
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests consistently exceeding expectations
- Training motivating and supervising the receptionists to maintain the highest standards of service
- Handling guest queries and complaints with confidence and efficiency
- Monitoring bookings and ensuring accurate billing and administration
This role would suit an experienced Receptionist or Guest Services professional ready to step into a supervisory role within a luxury environment. If youre friendly detailoriented and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
