$99618 $% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
Based at the Melbourne CBD campus and hybrid ways of working
About You
Join us as an AV Engineer and become the driving force behind seamless AV experiences in our teaching spaces. Youll lead efforts to test validate and perfect our AV installations ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Beyond project work youll tackle BAU operational escalations with confidence and expertise swiftly resolving technical challenges. Collaborate with toptier AV integrators and project teams to ensure flawless handovers and develop acceptance testing and defect management processes that set the benchmark for quality. Engage with stakeholders showcase your problemsolving skills and make a real impact. If youre ready to take on this dynamic role and shape the future of AV environments we want to hear from you!
To be successful in this position youll have:
Demonstrable experience in an enterprise Audio Visual technical role ideally within a learning and teaching environment.
Demonstrable experience in identifying and implementing technical and process improvements across responsible platforms
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think outside the box to achieve the right outcomes.
Previous involvement in large scale services and feature rollouts across enterprises.
Demonstrated strong understanding of customer service
Experience with Crestron AMX & Extron technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with a range of stakeholders.
