Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of challenging and rewarding projects. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and closure.
* Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
* Effectively manage project resources including personnel materials and equipment.
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
* Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
* Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
